Field Crops Report: planted was 2%, near 1% for both last year and the five-year average. Winter wheat condition rated 1% very poor, 3% poor, 26% fair, 56% good and 14% excellent. Oats planted was 59%, ahead of 43% last year and 40% average. Emerged was 20%, ahead of 8% both last year and average.
