1/4 cup oil. 1 cup milk. Preheat oven to 375. Combine ingredients and pour into well greased 9 inch cast iron skillet. Bake approx. 20 minutes or until golden brown. For a crunchier texture preheat well greased skillet in oven as it warms to baking temperature. This recipe can be used for muffins or stick. Adjust cooking time.
