Trends in Nebraska Farmland Values and Rental Rates
The average market value of farmland in declined by three percent over the prior year to $2,745 per acre according to the 2018 Real Estate Market Survey . This marks the fourth consecutive year of downward pressure. Market values have dropped 17 percent since reaching a high of $3,315 in 2014.
